If you are looking to for someone to bounce ideas off of or are unsure of what you or someone close to you may need, I am available for consultations. Consultations offer support and guidance to increase emotional well-being and offer opportunities to gain knowledge and direction. Consultations can be in-person or over the phone and are typically shorter-term. There are many reasons why someone might seek out a consultation.
Examples include but are not limited to:
• Parent unsure of what kind of assistance their child might need
• Ideas about how to help a friend or family member seek out services
• How to best help your child transition into and out of college
• How to connect with local and university resources
• How to manage expectations, boundaries, and rules when your college child or adult child returns home for a school break, summer, or permanently
• Mental health professionals looking for professional consultation
All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you. Your guidance and support during our son’s transition to freshman year of college was invaluable. My wife and I feel that you worked with us to develop the tools to support our child without simply doing it all for him. As a result he has grown so much in such a short time, and our relationship is even stronger. Thank you Dr. Levi for being kind, empathetic, and always listening to our concerns.
