Seeking out support should not be complicated or difficult. My goal is to help you to get what you need, even if you are not exactly sure what that is. I structure my work to meet the individual needs of each of my clients. My objective is to help you feel more settled, to increase your personal growth and satisfaction, and to provide you with tools that you will be able to use throughout your life regardless of the obstacles you may face.

I have been a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Illinois since 2007. I received my Doctor of Psychology degree (Psy.D.) from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2006 and my B.A. in psychology and English from the University of Michigan.

I completed a predoctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship at Northwestern University Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS). Following the completion of my doctoral degree, I worked at Northwestern CAPS as a Staff Psychologist. In 2011 I established my private practice where I continue to serve the Northwestern University student body as well as the surrounding North Shore communities.

I specialize in providing individual therapy to adults and emergent adults on life transitions, relationships, anxiety, depression, eating concerns, sports psychology, and performance based issues, among many other concerns. Additionally I run workshops and am available for speaking engagements on a variety of topics related to parenting and college mental health.
